Corella Productions is a female-owned, family-run organization providing high-quality after-school performing arts education throughout the Chicagoland area and Northwestern Pennsylvania. Now celebrating 25 years of service, Corella Productions is proud to be the longest-running after-school theatre program within Chicago Public Schools. Recognized as one of the nation's premier youth theatre programs, Corella Productions has transformed the lives of thousands of children through the performing arts.

Founded on the principles of love, respect, and acceptance, our programs foster creativity, confidence, discipline, self-expression, and personal growth in a supportive and inclusive environment. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to discover their unique talents, find their voice, and experience the joy of belonging. For more than a quarter century, Corella Productions has remained committed to providing exceptional theatrical training while building a community where every student feels valued, encouraged, and empowered to succeed both on and off the stage. Through acting, singing, dancing, and live performance, we inspire young people to dream boldly, work diligently, and develop skills that will serve them throughout their lives.

At Corella Productions, we don't just create performers—we help shape confident, compassionate, and resilient young people.

Testimonials :

Learn how Corella Productions can change your child's life through musical theatre from our amazing parents

As a mother of a first grader, I wasn't sure whether my daughter was ready for theater. However, after working with Patty and Corella Productions, it became clear that not only was she ready but that it was so much more than just preparing for a play. My daughter looked so forward to her weekly rehearsals and I watched her grow and gain so much confidence through her experience. The entire time, Patty and her team helped to foster my daughter's excitement for the theater, build her up, and teach her how to work with others. The end of the year production was of course incredible, but the best part was the confidence she now has and a love for the arts

Our experience with Corella Productions has been nothing short of amazing. From day one, it has been clear that this is more than just a theater program—it's a community where children are encouraged to be themselves, take creative risks, and support one another. My child has not only grown in confidence and performance skills, but has also made meaningful friendships that go beyond the stage. The instructors create such a warm, inclusive environment for every child, regardless of their experience level. Watching the kids celebrate each other's successes, and work together as a team has been incredibly heartwarming. This program truly nurtures growth, both personally and artistically, in a way that’s fun, safe, and empowering. We’re so grateful to have found this wonderful theater family!

Our family has been part of Corella Productions for many years, and it has been such a gift for our three children. They’ve not only grown as performers but also as confident, creative individuals. Miss. Patty and her staff pour so much care and passion into every production, creating a supportive space where kids feel encouraged, valued, and inspired. This theater has truly become a second home for us, and we are so grateful for the friendships, memories, and opportunities it has given our children."
